Chef Jacqueline Siao brings a globally inspired yet locally-sourced culinary adventure to life at 39 Degrees.
Chef Siao was born in Manila, Philippines and grew up in California where she began her career at JW Marriott San Francisco and began her love affair with the culinary arts. Growing up in one of the succulent hubs of the world, San Francisco, her passion was always ignited by all the scrumptious delights the Bay Area has to offer.
As Sous Chef, her career has allowed her to be alongside some of the world’s greatest chefs, including Jean George Vongerichten at The St. Regis Deer Valley and the ever rotating stream of talent at Chef’s Club Food and Wine at The St. Regis Aspen.
Chef's most recent endeavor, Executive Chef at The Club at Spruce Peak in Vermont, Jacqueline was at the helm of all culinary operations at The Club and two award-winning golf courses while assisting with the team at the nearby Lodge at Spruce Peak. Featured in a myriad of both national and local publications, Jacqueline was named one of Stowe, Vermont’s most influential people.
